NOTABLE CHANGES:
- Rookies- Bears games will change to 8 minute running clock, stopping only for time outs, foul shots and last 2 minutes of the game.
- Tigers-Bears- Clock will stop in last minute of any over time quarters
-ALL players will be required to submit either a birth certificate or other valid government ID foing forward. We will no longer provide ID stickers to associations
2023-24 season

Notable Changes:
-Ball size for Rookies and Tigers have been changed to youth size 5 balls (27.5 Inches). All other Cubs-Senior ball sizes remain the same.
-3 point goal allowances have been changed to allow Minor A & B - Senior A & B to score 3 point goals IF the 3 point line is marked on the gym floor.
-Mercy rule for Minor A & B - Senior B- Boundary for defense on advantaged team is moved to three point line verses inside the foul line.
